Effective May 31st, 2025 I acquired the stock of my minority partner, Lifeline Scientific, Inc., in Tissue Testing Technologies LLC. I own 100% of the T3LLC stock. LifeNet Health acquired Tissue Testing Technologies LLC from me in mid December 2025. My key personnel and I joined LifeNet Health as employees on January 1st, 2026.
