Plays a key role in assuring efficient fiscal operations for the academic physicians in collaboration with UW School of Medicine and Public Health. In this role I direct compensation plan development, compensation and productivity analysis, provider workforce planning, and the operational and financial model to support the clinical, educational and research missions of the academic health system.
