I lead a team of 6 managers (and their teams), who oversee Workplace, Building Operations & Infrastructure, MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), and Venue Management, supporting multiple buildings throughout our Los Angeles campus. Our teams partner with Real Estate, Design & Construction, Space & Occupancy Planning, Employee Health and Safety, Security, and cross-functional teams to deliver and maintain world class spaces to support our streaming, animation, and gaming employees. Responsible for hiring talent for production management, look development, lighting, stereo, trainees, and artistic interns for Walt Disney Animation Studios. Supervise outreach initiatives around the world.
Responsible for planning, evaluating and executing Walt Disney Animation Studios' Outreach, Studio Branding, and Social media initiatives and projects.
Managed the 2012 Trainee Program. Oversaw the trainees' curriculum, partnered with mentors, set milestones, oversaw the review process. Led the coordination of school and outreach initiatives and efforts integral to the recruitment and industry business of art, animation, technology and general film studies through the coordination of festivals, conferences, creative/technical presentations, on-campus visits, portfolio reviews, workshop events and related initiatives.
