About

I’m Kelsi Sheren — a Canadian Armed Forces veteran, author, entrepreneur, mental strength/performance coach, and the host of The Kelsi Sheren Perspective podcast. After deploying to Afghanistan, I faced the harsh realities of war and the profound mental health challenges so many veterans and first responders endure. But instead of letting my trauma break me, I chose to turn pain into purpose. Today, I dedicate my life to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. I founded Brass & Unity, a globally recognized jewelry and apparel brand that funds initiatives supporting veterans, first responders, and their families. My best-selling memoir, Brass & Unity: One Woman’s Journey Through the Hell of Afghanistan and Back, has inspired thousands by openly confronting PTSD, trauma, and resilience. Through The Kelsi Sheren Perspective, I create raw, unfiltered conversations with thought leaders, experts, and changemakers on mental health, resilience, freedom, psychedelics, and human performance. I’ve been featured on some of the biggest global platforms, including: Jordan B. Peterson Podcast • Lex Fridman Podcast • Piers Morgan • TRIGGERnometry • Digital Social Hour • The Dr. Gabrielle Lyon Show • Jocko Podcast • Carson Daly • Good Morning America • The Today Show • Forbes • ELLE • People • CAFA • Fashion Magazine • Tin Foil Hat with Sam Tripoli • HER Take. I work privately with professional athletes, CEOs, and high-performing leaders, helping them: Master mental strength and resilience Unlock peak performance and flow states Integrate plant medicine and psychedelics responsibly for deep trauma healing Build sustainable success without burning out I’m a strong advocate for psychedelic-assisted therapy and alternative approaches to trauma recovery. I oppose Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) and fight for real solutions, compassionate care, and true choice when it comes to mental health and healing. I also appear in the documentary MAID: The Dark Side of Canadian Compassion, where I expose the hidden dangers and human cost of Canada’s MAID policies. I’m here to break stigmas, challenge outdated systems, and empower people to reclaim their lives. Whether on stage, on-air, or one-on-one, I use my voice to ensure that no one has to walk the road of recovery alone
