I began my career in occupational therapy, spending over a decade as a COTA and more than 7 years as a Director of Rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what therapy professionals truly need to thrive and the value of transparency, support, and strong leadership in the workplace. Today, I bring that perspective into recruiting, where I connect therapy professionals with opportunities that align with their goals, values, and strengths. Having been on the clinical side, I understand both the rewards and the challenges, and I’m passionate about helping clinicians find roles where they feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.
