As the Europe retail strategy & consulting lead, I am responsible for working with clients to help them maintain continual growth and efficiency in their business. I have helped our clients across the globe achieve growth by freeing up funding through better focus on core activities and achieving higher levels of productivity. I am also the global lead for competitiveness & cost-to-serve for our retail industry. In this role, I help formulate our assets, go-to-market approach, and personally sponsor and lead engagements as a Transformation Director to help our clients improve efficiency and productivity.
