I build enterprise talent systems where behavioral insight, storytelling, and technology come together. With a foundation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I’ve spent my career helping organizations translate culture into experiences that people can see, feel, and trust. That work sits at the intersection of recruitment marketing, employer brand, sourcing, and referrals — designed to be human-centered, data-informed, and scalable in complex environments. At its core, my work is about structure and story working in harmony: strong editorial standards, authentic employee voices, thoughtful use of AI, and clear governance that allows great ideas to travel. Alongside my enterprise work, I continuously pressure-test engagement and marketing models in multi-brand, fast-moving environments — using real-world constraints to shape solutions that hold up in practice, not just in theory. I lead through enablement and mentorship, supporting teams as they adopt new tools responsibly, strengthen judgment, and build confidence in their work. Systems over hype. Humans at the center
