I began my career in hospitality as a Server Captain at Superica–Avalon, where I developed my passion for people, food, and creating memorable guest experiences. My time in food & beverage taught me the value of teamwork, communication, and leading with empathy — skills that shaped the foundation of my career. Today, I work in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting, employee support, and building inclusive workplace cultures. As a bilingual professional, I specialize in bridging communication gaps through interpreting, translating, employee relations, and investigations. I support recruitment efforts across 25 restaurant locations in Atlanta, Nashville, North Carolina, Florida, and Houston — helping each team find strong talent while elevating the employee experience.
