I am a commercial partnerships and sports marketing executive with 25+ years of experience across agencies, brands, consulting and rights holders. Over the course of my career, I have worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands, including AT&T, Coca-Cola, Comcast, Nestlé, Nike, P&G, Samsung, Toyota, Visa and Volkswagen, helping create partnerships, platforms and experiences that drive meaningful business and brand value. Today, I lead partnerships and commercial strategy for DanceOne, the leading platform in youth dance. Through a portfolio of industry-leading brands, we connect partners with a highly engaged community of artists, families, educators and studio owners. DanceOne operates more than 500 conventions, competitions and events annually, serving 10,000+ studios and millions of artists and family members through the industry’s most recognized dance brands. Prior to DanceOne, I spent much of my career in the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, working across eight Olympic Games and helping national governing bodies, media partners and global brands navigate one of the most complex and rewarding ecosystems in sport. Most recently, I helped rebuild the commercial business at USA Gymnastics, securing new non-endemic partners and a significantly enhanced NBC agreement. I am a strategic, creative and collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting people and building new models that create long-term value.
