Over the last few months, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to explore my strengths and my passions, which led me to gain my Cornell Wellness Counseling Certificate. * Inspire, coach, mentor and motivate a team of 8 to strive for excellence within themselves and their work that drives the ultimate employee and attendee experiences while promoting a collaborative and supportive culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and wellness. * Develop and lead the Global Peer Event Community as well as the team's DEI journey and the team’s communication action plan with a focus on courageous culture. * Provide guidance, insight, influence and innovation to executive leadership and key sr. stakeholders based on data driven analytics for improvement and enhancement of future programs through strategic design insights of guest experiences while understanding the ROI from attendee/ employee / agent satisfaction. * Design sponsorship strategic marketing event initiatives and activations for internal and external attendees. * Leverage scale and cost efficiencies by optimizing innovative thinking and best practices globally. * Guide event working teams cross functionally to align on the event’s goals and objectives * Advance internal strategic partnerships by building collaborative networks across business units and cross functional teams to foster trust and increase our team's value. * Solve complex program issues to include third party contract negotiations, master service agreements, international operational challenges, budget managing issues, and incentive tax complications. * Identify and advise business partners and team on various levels of program related risk such as functional, operational, public relations, health and wellness of guests, social media and terrorism that could impact the firm’s reputational risk. * Continuous Development of a large network of third-party partners and insurance / financial strategic leaders which keep me on top of industry trends, knowledge, best practices, trends tracking and benchmarking.
Responsible for overseeing a team of three supporting two major business units within Liberty Mutual. I act as the account manager for the Personal Insurance business unit with the top senior business members. I also am the Olympic hospitality lead for the Liberty VIP programs that attend the Olympics in both Sochi and in Rio. * lead cross functional team in the design, planning and execution of all events while ensuring the business objectives are being met * present top program design and elements for the Liberty Mutual Olympic hospitality programs and the highest incentive award to the company CEO * provides creative program design for all meetings and events * provide coaching and guidance to team members from planner evaluation feedback or from planner goals and career direction * create and train others throughout the company how to plan an event * manage and develop relationships with vendor partners
