I've spent my career helping organizations make sense of complexity. Whether entering a new market, scaling a business, redefining a category, or navigating rapid growth, my role has been remarkably consistent: create clarity, align people around what matters, and turn good ideas into measurable progress. Today, as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Care+Wear, I lead the company's marketing and communications efforts while partnering closely with leadership on positioning, commercialization, and growth. Previously, I helped scale Thirty Madison through hypergrowth and acquisitions; built Tempest's marketing organization while helping reshape the conversation around alcohol and recovery; and led global brand initiatives for Accenture during a period of significant business evolution. Increasingly, I bring that operating experience into advisory and board roles, helping founders and leadership teams sharpen positioning, simplify complexity, and build alignment around what's next.
As Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, I lead commercial marketing, brand, communications, and go-to-market strategy across enterprise healthcare, clinical, and consumer audiences. My focus is helping evolve Care+Wear from a product company into a strategic healthcare partner by aligning positioning, commercialization, and enterprise growth.
