     Focusing on managing the firm's programme of events. Within November 2015 and November 2016 the programme consisted of over 90 events which included legal seminars, workshops, forums, client training events and corporate hospitality events all attracting a wide target audience.  Responsible for identifying sponsorship and marketing opportunities which I then develop and manage. I continually review the relationships with the objective of identifying opportunities to increase sponsorship value.  Responsible for the delivery of successful marketing events, seminars and corporate hospitality within budget.  Responsible for the communication of the events externally and internally using the firm's email marketing software (eMerge), the website (Jump Suite), social media platforms and internal Hub.  Working with a wide range of people from the managing partner, the business support departments, external PR agencies, external venues and suppliers.  Multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.  Maintaining the firm's CRM system (InterAction) to ensure up to date data  Providing post event reports using statistics from the email marketing system and social media platforms to measure the ROI.  Assisting with the marketing for trade exhibitions and conferences to include website content, email marketing, promotional merchandise.  Key client relationship management – working closely with key client partners.  Working closely with Business Development colleagues to make sure we target the right audiences for the events.  Co-ordination of Legal Directory Submissions
