First and foremost, I’m a problem-solver. Solving problems by implementing effective solutions is the throughline that connects my anthropology studies to my career in professional services. It’s also one of the main reasons I’ve been able to help clients in all sectors of manufacturing, including aerospace and defense, automotive, chemical, food & beverage, industrial, and much more. But of course, you can’t solve problems without a great team. As the head of Grant Thornton’s Manufacturing industry practice, I work alongside my colleagues to understand everything we can about our manufacturing clients, their challenges, and the opportunities available to them. Our one-firm mindset means we empower the right people to deliver the right solutions at the right time, and in support of that effort, I have an active role in mentoring and championing our people across the firm. From evolving tax regulations and international business practices to workforce dynamics and supply chain management, Grant Thornton will help you navigate the most timely, complex challenges your organization faces — and, together, we’ll build a pathway toward even greater success for you and your team. I also have the privilege of helping shape the future of manufacturing by serving as a board member of the National Association of Manufacturers, where I contribute to advancing the association’s leadership in policy advocacy, legal action, workforce solutions and operational excellence. The manufacturing industry is constantly evolving. Navigating this landscape requires not only deep industry knowledge but a problem-solving mindset. That’s where I come in.
