• Manage the order flow process from receipt of purchase order to invoicing and delivery of goods for major box stores, agricultural, grocery, and gift accounts • Oversee the work flow of nine account care coordinators who report directly to me • Meet with other department directors to assist with programs and decisions that will affect the customer care department • Provide ongoing training and development for team members • Provide account details and information on customer care process to Woodstream employees outside of my department
• Provide customer service including sales, email correspondence and rectifying customer complaints • Inventory control of manufacturing materials through vendor management • Fill in for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable department heads, which includes invoicing, generating credit memos, making deposits, entering payables, entering payroll and creating a check batch • Act as the liaison with the companies for which we distribute product • Screen job applicants, extend job offers and provide training for new hires • Manage all employee relations issues including performance feedback, discipline, and employee conflict • Ship product daily using UPS World Ship and the USPS • Prepare skid loads and Bills of Lading online via UPS Freight • Propose and implement cost cutting measures to improve the company bottom line • Utilize organizational skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills to manage multiple projects and duties efficiently and according to company needs, while being flexible enough to address new issue as they arise
