As a Family Support Worker at North East Lincolnshire Council, my focus is on fostering trusting relationships and providing targeted support to children, young people, and families. Drawing on my expertise in safeguarding, parenting support, and relational practices, I contribute to improving outcomes for children and families while working closely with the Children in our Care Team. With over nine years of diverse professional experience, I have developed a strong foundation in relationship building, communication, and facilitating positive change. My work is grounded in reciprocity, containment, and learning theory to encourage growth and resilience in the individuals and communities I serve. Currently, I am also a Togetherness Facilitator and Professionals’ Trainer with NHS Togetherness, where I contribute to building collaborative practices for holistic care.
