This exciting and varied position as the Community Fundraiser for Cornwall Hospice Care allowed me to engage with the local community in Cornwall to raise money for a well loved cause. I engaged with community groups, individuals, corporates and educational institutions to encourage them to undertake fundraising events. A particular highlight was doubling the amount of local schools involved in the charity Christmas fun runs, leading to an increased revenue of tens of thousands.
