    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Undertake effective Resident administration including finance, admissions and monitoring of Resident accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports on Resident and Home expenditure to ensure the effective financial management of the home. Prepare and submit Resident financial information to Sales Ledger to ensure that invoices to Residents, local authorities and suppliers can be processed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure the effective administration and monitoring of the Time and Attendance system and the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information (including new starters, changes, leavers, sickness and other absence) so that Colleagues are paid correctly. Effectively manage the recruitment administration for Home based positions including the issuing of new starter documentation in line with regulatory, statutory, legal and HC-One requirements e.g. DBS, Right to Work, NMC. Ensure that all Colleagues’ personal information is updated, maintained and recorded in accordance with regulatory, statutory, legal and HC-One requirements. Prepare management information and other reports as requested by both the Home Manager and Support Office to enable the effective management of the Home. Utilise the Administrator’s ‘Cornerstone’ to ensure the effective administration of the Home as requested by HC-One. Respond to enquiries from prospective Residents and visitors in a timely and friendly manner. Health & Safety. Report immediately to the Home Manager, or Person in Charge, any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a Resident, Colleague, self or another. Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Home’s Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
