Team Leader for the mill Fiber Loss Team which is responsible for monitoring and implementing measures to continually reduce losses to the sewer. Provided technical support to the waste treatment plant, water treatment facility, and steam plant. Responsible for daily tracking of mill fiber losses and condensate return. Co-chair of the mill fiber loss team whose efforts resulted in an annual savings of approximately $880,000. Member of the mill energy conservation team and co-author of the Energy Updates newsletter.
