Provided leadership, academic support, and disability services at UArts under Academic Affairs. Conducted intakes and determined reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities. Collaborated with faculty departments and across the University to develop inclusive institutional strategies that support all students. Led efforts in the creation of a culture of accessibility in the digital, physical, and learning environments utilizing a Universal Design in Higher Education framework. Served as Vice-Chair of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility Committee (2022-2023), and Chair of Accessibility@UArts Taskforce. *University of the Arts permanently closed June 2024.*
Oversaw the direction of disability services at a small liberal-arts women's college. Collaborated across campus to facilitate positive and inclusive learning environments, and created policies to improve overall effectiveness and support for students, staff, and faculty. Oversaw a grant to build resources and accessible education library, and provided administrative support for advising processes and procedures. Delivered academic success workshops for the college advising office.
Assisted in the culmination of a multi-campus first-year experience and college success program. Provided academic and career counseling to students across multiple interdisciplinary majors in Human Ecology. Developed a Career Assistant Program and oversaw the College of Human Ecology Career Development Center. Served as the Pre-law advisor and advisor to the Pre-Law Undergraduate Society.
