I am a board-certified Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist and senior veterinary medical executive with nearly two decades of experience spanning general practice, emergency and multi-specialty medicine. I am also an experienced educator and engaging teacher, supporting the growth of both veterinary students and practicing veterinarians. My career sits at the intersection of medical strategy, multi-hospital clinical operations, veterinary education and organizational leadership, bridging corporate medicine, academia and professional organizations. I currently serve as Adjunct Faculty at Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine, President of the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association, a dvm360 Editorial Board Member, a Wedgewood Pharmacy Advisory Board Member and an invited inductee of the National Academies of Practice Veterinary Academy. My national speaking includes ACVIM, AAVMC, Fetch, VCA Canada, ISVMA, Viticus Group, Feline VMA and others. My work includes specialist content validation, alignment with clinical training environments and strategic guidance on institutional positioning and adoption to help strengthen continuity across the veterinary education to practice continuum.
