As the Director of Professional Development I have the opportunity to onboard all employees while providing support and training throughout their first year of employment. In addition to training new employees, I work with individual departments on continuous training practices and development continuously. Part of my job is to oversee performance management for all employees while working with individuals to set individual professional goals that align with the goals of the college. I have the opportunity to serve as a facilitator of the Leadership Development Institute, an internal professional development program focusing on leadership within as well as outside of CCAC.
