About

I turn complex, overlooked problems into stories that markets can’t ignore. At Lite-1, I helped a biotech startup no one had heard of win Web Summit’s PITCH competition against more than a thousand companies. That wasn’t luck—it was narrative design. I built a villain the industry recognized, framed the future as a choice, and wrote a script that investors, brands, and media all leaned into. It worked: the win accelerated funding conversations, secured brand pilots, and repositioned Lite-1 as the category-defining name in sustainable colour. Before that, at Dvele, I rewired how modular housing was sold. Instead of another slow-burn sales cycle, I pushed for transparency with a digital sales platform that showed real pricing, features, and designs—cutting repetitive inquiries, doubling qualified leads, and moving $220M worth of deals through the pipeline. I paired it with Office Hours webinars, transforming what had been one-on-one bottlenecks into scalable, shareable content that accelerated trust and shortened the sales cycle by months. As the founder of Rapport Matters, I worked inside the machinery of SaaS, ecommerce, and social-impact companies. Remote teams. Product roadmaps. Customer lifecycles. I learned how to keep a story consistent from the first click through to renewal, retention, and referrals. Reading between the lines: I build marketing that converts. I build conviction. The type of conviction that moves buyers – whether B2C or B2B – off the fence. A conviction that gives founders a language to raise capital. Conviction that turns technical innovation into cultural relevance.
