Founder and CEO of a CPG startup, Seattle Seasoning Co. — crafting premium seasoning blends from nutritional yeast — launched through the University of Washington’s "Creating a Company" course. Oversaw strategy, fundraising, operations, media relations, and team leadership from ideation through profitability. All company proceeds are reinvested into the University of Washington’s Buerk Center to fund future student entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments: - Founded and scaled a CPG startup from concept to profitability, overseeing product development, branding, fundraising, marketing, and operations - Led end-to-end go-to-market strategy, achieving profitability and returning early-stage investment two weeks post launch - Strategically secured a KING 5 News earned media feature, generating $3600+ in revenue within 12 hours and validating strong product-market fit - Built and managed a cross-functional team of six, implementing weekly goal tracking, performance updates, and task delegation systems - Designed and executed social media marketing initiatives, creating static and short-form video content to drive awareness and conversion - Built and launched a Shopify e-commerce website from scratch, directing brand identity and digital assets; wrote and edited all copy; and configured order fulfillment and conversion-focused features - Served as the public-facing leader and spokesperson for the brand, representing the company in media, investor, and customer-facing contexts.

At ZGiRLS, I supported brand strategy, marketing, and communications initiatives designed to expand the organization’s impact and empower girls nationwide. My work included: - Contributing to a brand expansion strategy aimed at reaching hundreds of thousands of girls beyond ZGiRLS’ flagship Confidence Program. - Developing copy and creative assets for fundraising campaigns, including co-writing the script for a campaign video. - Updating and formalizing brand guidelines, coordinating a brand photoshoot, and designing campaign assets across social, email, and web. - Leading email marketing campaigns, conducting PR outreach, and securing a televised feature on King 5 Morning News. - Tracking campaign performance using Meta, Sprout Social, and Mailchimp analytics to inform strategy improvements.
