I am solving one of personal and micro-mobility’s most overlooked challenges: stability, control, and maneuverability at low and zero speed. From bicycles and powered boards to water sports and specialized mobility platforms, nearly every personal mobility system carries a learning curve rooted in balance, low-speed control, and rider confidence. My work is focused on eliminating that barrier. I founded Micro Vehicle Technology as a holding and development company for patented Micro Vehicles™ and electric propulsion architectures designed to solve that problem across water sports, rescue platforms, personal mobility, rehabilitation, defense-adjacent systems, and specialized transport applications. I am developing and licensing patented electric powered watercraft and micro-mobility systems, offered both directly to individual riders and through selective resort, OEM, and venue partnerships. Accomplished electro-mechanical design engineer with deep experience across shipbuilding, marine systems, aerospace vehicles, micro-mobility, power generation, and consumer products. Proven track record designing propulsion systems, machinery spaces, and complex equipment arrangements from concept through prototype and production. Expert in SolidWorks, ShipConstructor, Creo, and AutoCAD, with decades of hands-on experience producing sophisticated 3D CAD models, precision technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation compliant with industry standards. SAM.gov registered (CAGE: 9DAQ8). Active U.S. Secret clearance.

Structural and propulsion system design support on Special Operations Command’s (SOCOM) Combatant Craft Heavy (CCH).
• For Navy and Coast Guard shipbuilding programs, conducted peer review of procurement specifications for propulsion shaft line and auxiliary machinery for technical accuracy and conformance to contract documents and ABS rules and regulations. • Performed technical reviews of vendor technical and cost proposals. • Using AutoCAD, performed 3D and 2D CAD packaging studies and fit checks for vender furnished machinery equipment, utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe tools to effectively communicate and share data with stakeholders. • Spearheaded Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) of propulsion system and steering gear.
Provided mechanical design engineering on next generation in vitro hematology instruments. My focus was using SolidWorks and Creo to innovate upgrades to legacy hardware components as well as tube and electrical cable routing design.
• Led the complete design and arrangement of propulsion and machinery spaces for High-Speed Ocean Patrol Vessels (25m - 76m), utilizing ShipConstructor and AutoCAD to develop optimized layouts that meet operational and safety standards. • Developed comprehensive 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings of propulsion systems, machinery installations, and complex piping networks, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Served as Technical Editor for shipbuilding contract specifications, guaranteeing clarity and precision in technical documentation. • Ensured compliance with classification society regulations through meticulous hand calculations and custom spreadsheets for critical parameters, including bilge pump requirements, engine bolt torques, shaft coupling stresses, gas firefighting systems, and rudder and steering gear specifications. • Acted as the primary liaison for all supplier technical discussions, overseeing the review and approval of deliverable drawings and technical data. • Authored detailed scope of supply technical specifications, and spearheaded supplier research, qualification, and selection processes. • Generated purchase requisitions, reviewed supplier budgets, and negotiated technical proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project specifications. • Held quality control inspection and approval authority for all propulsion and machinery equipment and systems received, ensuring conformance to design standards and operational reliability. • Organized and managed supplier project data within the PDM system, facilitating cross-departmental coordination with hull and electrical engineering, and production planning teams. • Conducted and approved factory acceptance tests for all procured systems, verifying performance and quality against contractual requirements. • Provided critical engineering support throughout manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and sea trials.
