I co-founded Spring to focus on early stage entrepreneurs with high growth potential who want to make the world a better place. Spring runs a comprehensive set of entrepreneur, incubator, accelerator, and funding programs for aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs. It's the only global entrepreneurship program based in Vancouver (and Canada). Our programs run in over 40 cities on 5 continents, with over 750 entrepreneurs launching 350+ businesses, creating 300+ jobs, and raising over $24M in early stage capital in Vancouver alone. Spring helps entrepreneurs to change the world. We provide the tools, training, and network to values-driven entrepreneurs from launch to $1.5M in revenue. We also equip donors, funders, governments, and ecosystem supporters to launch, catalyze, and capacity build their innovation ecosystems. I have personally run incubation and accelerator programs, workshops, and training for over 2,000 entrepreneurs across 5 continents. Ultimately, we believe that changing the world for the better sits at the intersection of passion, impact, and technology. Since our launch, we've helped over 750 entrepreneurs launch over 500 businesses, create 350+ jobs, and raise over $24 million in early-stage funding. In my role at Spring, I provide overall leadership for the company. In addition, I help entrepreneurs to unlock growth through customer discovery, launch, team development, and scaling and growth strategies that include funding, product line expansion, geographic expansion, and corporate structure. I actively teach and facilitate in all Spring programs and ecosystem capacity advisory, and I am a mentor and advisor to select Spring alumni companies.
I'm a keynote, speaker & panelist for conferences, workshops and events. I'm able to engage audiences on topics ranging from startups, launching businesses, impact business, the future of work, funding and raising capital, and developing entrepreneurial ecosystems in communities.
