Keith Henry is the Senior Advisor of Diversity, Opportunity & Inclusion for J.P. Morgan Chase in New York City with 35 years of wealth management and executive experience. As Senior Advisor of DOI, he integrates strategic leadership with a focus on fostering an inclusive culture across the company. Keith has 20 years of sales leadership experience. Most recently, Keith led J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Flagship Region as the New York City Regional Director for three years. He successfully guided a team of 200-plus financial advisors in providing goals-based wealth planning for the benefit of their high-net-worth clients. Keith is an experienced field leader with nearly 40 years in the financial services industry who knows the business well and plays an influential role in shaping the firm’s growth agenda. His focus is on bridging the gap between the global resources of an industry leader and the differentiated and sophisticated needs of the clients of New York. Keith is a frequent guest presenter, called upon to share his insights and experience with the professional and civic communities. Among his many career recognitions, he received the first Bank of America CEO Award for Diversity and Inclusion and On Wall Street’s “Top 10 Branch Managers” award. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Keith had a 30-plus-year tenure with Merrill Lynch. He began as a bookkeeper in Operations and rose to senior leadership positions (in Atlanta, Denver, Washington, DC, New Orleans, and New York City), growing and expanding strategic initiatives. Most recently, he was responsible for more than 450 branch managers as a National Executive. As a Market Executive, Keith led branch offices in Central New Jersey, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Interested in strengthening the opportunity set for diverse clients, he was named a Director of Multicultural Marketing, leading business development initiatives for Black and Brown communities. He has also been Director of Diversity, implementing training programs to promote inclusion in the workplace. Keith is a member of the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, St. Lawrence University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Economics. Keith was an All-American Football Player and inducted into the St. Lawrence University Athletic Hall of Fame. Keith is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
