Background and Technical Skills: Currently a year 3 student from the Medical Biotechnology course in Temasek Polytechnic. Took up modules such as Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Hematology and Blood Banking. Took up an elective in Technical Sales and Marketing. Picked up skills such as digital marketing, design skills and marketing account management. Took up co-curricular activities which endowed me with skills such as digital photography and photo editing using lightroom. Was also given the opportunity to participate in various events involving various VIPs and individuals. Personal Traits and Soft Skills: I have a positive attitude towards the tasks given to me and I seek to spread this positivity with the people around me. I am also adaptable to the situations I'm presented with the experience obtained from my CCA events which are typically fast-paced and stressful. With my background in the retail industry I possess basic skills such as effective communication and adaptability.
Conduct content creation and ideation for the Singrass TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Also involves on site visits with customers for sales and customer relations. Responsible for attending events regarding the company, while promoting and educating the public on the company.
Proficient in using POS system for cashier duties. Maintain a good work ethic and assist customers when necessary. Help customers with their needs and prepare any online orders placed. Ensure stocktaking is conducted and the shelves are restocked.
Applied proper personal protective equipment(PPE) protocols to safely and efficiently pack and deposit ART test kits.
