Programme Director – Capgemini • Oversee the delivery of multiple key Programs for Capgemini as part of a Global Infrastructure Service outsourcing contract for a Pharmaceutical client • Lead definition of the overall Strategy and Organisation design for IT Service Management and Intelligent Operations architecture • Identify, agree and measure outcomes associated with key Programs, linked to client Business Objectives • Manage parity between end client outcomes and commercial objectives for Capgemini • Own CxO level Governance for key Programs, delivering updates to both Capgemini and end client • Drive recovery and stabilisation of services under a multi-year Infrastructure Services outsource agreement for leading Global Aerospace manufacturer • Establish Product Delivery Organisation, including method, tooling and organisation restructure to deliver new Infrastructure Products
Technology Transformation Lead – Vodafone Group • Provide leadership and Strategic direction on the Target Operating model required to move the client from an Enterprise IT organisation to a Digital, Cloud native operation following IT4IT • Lead the Service Design and definition of core Technology services required to support new target – Infrastructure, Network and Application services as integrated platforms • Manage external consultancy to drive assessment of current maturity of Engineering operations and identify opportunities to reuse existing capabilities as part of the target • Lead workshops with representation from multiple functions including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering & Operations, Application Engineering and Operations • Develop and secure agreement on the overarching Transformation Roadmap, including the justification of core Epics and the sequencing to ensure short and mid-term value creation
Digital Transformation Programme Lead – du Telecom • Led the set up and definition of a multiyear Transformation Programme to deliver a next generation Business Support Systems (BSS) cloud based solution for du Telecom • Manage a cross functional team of Business, Technology and Procurement resources to support the mobilisation of the Programme • Provide guidance on key focus areas for Transformation within the Business stream i.e. Customer Experience objectives, adoption of Always On Marketing capabilities, Process Transformation, Customer Segmentation approaches and Product & Service evolution
Machine Learning Programme Manager – Vodafone Group • Led the definition and set up of the Machine Learning Programme for Vodafone, including the establishment of a Centre of Excellence • Identify the business propositions and value that can be created by applying Machine Learning • Define the mid-term roadmap for Machine Learning, including core scalable service offerings • Oversee the delivery of multiple proof of value activities in partnership with external consultants
