Tested back-end systems for customer information management and deposit account transactions in preparation for the launch of UOB retails services in Vietnam. Wrote AS400 macro scripts and performed data processing with Excel to expedite test execution and data preparation. Completed a user guide for customer information management system, later used to train incoming contract staff.
Developed a user tool in ArcGIS to generate optimised manpower deployment plans for election operations, expediting planning by Land Divisions. Developed ArcGIS dashboards for command post incident management, VIP tracking, and task monitoring during major events. Operated dashboards for National Day Parade deployments and internal emergency readiness exercises. Streamlined administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and UiPath, reducing process time for meeting attendance, statistics and email collations.
