Provide DOB required SSM safety coverage for all forms of construction, alterations and demolition contracts in the NYC Tri Borough Area. Railway contracts, NJ Path, MTA, Commercial projects #1 and #4 World Trade Center, Walker Tower, NYC Highline to current QPRD Tower A 44 + 4 mechanical story structure concrete post and beam construction with the assist of a Favco 440 crane and 4 hoist cars. Duties performed but not limited to, conduct orientation and disciplinary reorientation training, record contractor certifications required for operations, conduct safety walk throughs, weekly Formans Safety Meetings and assist in contractor trade operations coordination to limit and or prevent safety exposure issues and the required safety measures to be applied. All required logs kept current and available; FDNY, DOT, DOB, OSHA, SSP.
Compitant in many phases of carpentry construction, layout, framing, sheetrock, ceilings, finish woodworking, modular furniture. I'm grateful for the opportunity and ability to learn the trade and now posses the skills to provide for my family.
