Kjell has worked internationally in the Oil&Gas and the energy sector for over 30 years. His experience covers board positions, strategy consultancy and energy projects from conception, development and construction to operations. He now runs Eikland Energy AS, providing management advice, expert and associated data intelligence services for the energy industry, with particular focus on natural gas and LNG. The combination of deep industry expertice, analytic skills, interpersonal abilities and fluency in several languages, bias for action and focus has led to a number of board position appointments and assignments. Kjell is also an avid hunter and spends as much time at his mountain off-grid property as possible.

Head of "downstream" business unit with offices in four countries. Commercially responsible for development of HVDC project between the UK and Norway, and negotiation of energy supply to world scale smelters and fertilizer plants.
