For this project, I managed the health, safety, and environmental arrangements in accordance with ADNOC-GP Management System, to ensure the safety of our workers. My responsibilities as a Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Professional included developing and implementing organizational safety programs, including reviewing and updating institutional HSE policies and conducting risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures. In addition to managing HSE Inspectors, I reviewed and approved contractor health, safety, and environmental plans, risk assessments, and method statements against legal and client requirements prior to work beginning. On project sites, I conducted daily morning site inspections to ensure all health and safety measures are in place before works begin, as well as weekly joint HSE inspections with HSE Inspectors and contractors to ensure all preventive and corrective actions are completed. As a result of the Project, I have been able to understand and work with the ADNOC & GASCO, which is located at UNITED ARAB EMIRATE ( ALRUWAIS-ABU DHABI ).
