-Responsible for leading and executing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiatives by engaging senior leaders across the local markets to identify scope lean-related business challenges and key initiatives -Conducted fact-based analysis and problem solving, and developed actionable recommendations to drive business impact through improvements and cost, customer experience and demand -Responsible for continuous improvement CI training program and managing the division’s transactional lean processes and coaching Lean Six Sigma tools, ie: Value Stream Mapping VSM, --- -Standard Work SWI, and 7 Waste to name a few at our 4 locations (Fort Mill, Greenville, Greensboro, and Fletcher); -Provided comprehensive Lean Six Sigma tool kit training to ensure widespread adoption and transformation -Developed KPI metrics by conducting time studies and creating standard work procedures to measure inefficiencies and gaps in the process -Partnered with Industrial Engineers IE, Black Belt Six Sigma-certified professionals in the planning, designing, and accomplishing of key projects -Ensured project milestones were met and the delivery of project results were communicated weekly -Used visual management and automations as a way to communicate data analysis to employees and staff -Performed daily and weekly Gemba walks to engage employees work flow and key areas of opportunities -Shared weekly CI success stories and highlights during senior staff meetings -Functioned as the liaison between middle and senior management on project milestones and new initiatives -Successfully completed and received another Six Sigma Greenbelt Cert through USFoods program from the operations excellence team -Mentored supervisors and leads on Lean Six Sigma tools and general project management skills -Acted as a key driver for change within business units by aligning and supporting project execution and toll-gating to help teams learn, understand and adjust to the new growth of working more efficiently
