Legal Operations Specialist with experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract operations, legal workflow support, and cross-functional collaboration within legal tech environments. Currently working at SpotDraft, where I support contract migration projects, template configuration, legal documentation, and enterprise client workflows. My work involves collaborating with clients, product teams, and engineering teams to help streamline legal operations and improve operational efficiency. My background also includes internships across commercial law, intellectual property, taxation, and dispute-related work with organizations including Schneider Electric, KPMG India, K&S Partners, and Singhania & Co. LLP. Through these experiences, I have worked on contract review, legal research, trademark matters, tax documentation, and commercial legal processes. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of legal operations, legal technology, process optimization, and scalable contract workflows.
