Roles and Responsibilities • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on best practices • Perform full life cycle recruiting role combined with special project work • Conduct research and sourcing for entry-level to senior-level positions via resume mining, name generation, and/or candidate development • Develops networking and referral strategy with external organizations and agencies to enhance our employment brand in the community, provide information about employment opportunities and to attract qualified candidates • Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and Internet research • Create and execute sourcing strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings • Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling • Provide applicants with critical information about the company to close applicants and provide candidates with onboarding expectations • Recruits senior IT profiles
