I am a highly organised, outcome-driven and motivated professional with over 17 years of solid experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). I am currently employed by Saudi Aramco as a PM HSE Compliance and Governance Coordinator. I form part of the Project Management Safety Compliance Group (PMSCG). My current portfolio covers PM HSE Governance and HSE Digitalization initiatives and Technology. I have worked on civil, mining, port terminals, petrochemical and engineering sites and my duties include setting up of safe work procedures and risk assessments. I am also responsible for developing and implementing OHS and risk management initiatives. It is my responsibility to ensure that all OHS systems are up-to-date and adhered to by all employees. I also conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, safety audits and accident and injury investigations. My experience in training has really developed my communication skills, enabling me to communicate with people at all levels of the field. I am fully qualified, with various certificates in OHS. I make a point of keeping up-to-date with changes to OHS legislation. I have knowledge in the implementation of ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). I have completed training programs for these standards and I have the knowledge to maintain these systems. Regarding my educational information, I have numerous HSE courses. I have also completed my BTECH in Safety Management through UNISA.
