Head of Engineering at Harmony Energy, responsible for all engineering activities for the UK business and supporting the international business as required. Role covers projects from shovel ready status to end of life. To date (end 2022) role has involved growing a team to deliver procurement, construction management and asset management, leading more than £200m of procurement for battery energy storage systems, oversight of construction management of more than 500 MW of battery projects including Europe's largest energy storage system and oversight of asset management function.

Achievements to date include: - Leading a construction management team that delivered 500 MW of BESS sites in record time. - Building an asset management team from scratch, currently managing 5 assets, two of which are Europe’s joint largest batteries. - Between EPC/BoP, O&M and optimisation contracts, negotiated 24 major contracts covering £250m of assets - Created a new supplier relationship with Envision, including having Envision’s first BESS delivered to the UK - Supported various financing and procurement initiatives, and preparing for our next round of procurement
