As a Production Lead at Microsoft, I oversaw end‑to‑end planning and execution for high‑visibility corporate events and broadcasts. I partnered closely with executive stakeholders, creative teams, and technical crews to translate strategic goals into seamless live experiences. Provided Production Management for all Centrum programming and events. Responsibilities included planning and executing technical elements of live performances; workshop and program support; managing annual production budgets; supervising production crews and support staff; facilities management. Centrum is located at Fort Worden State Park; a multi-venue regional conference center which includes a 1200-seat and a 300-seat performance venue. Events included: Jazz Port Townsend, Port Townsend Country Blues Festival, and The Festival of American Fiddle Tunes.
