I am a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) researcher in the United Kingdom with academic and professional expertise spanning marketing, management, customer relationship strategy, and international business. My academic background includes an MSc in Marketing with Advanced Practice, an MBA in Human Resource Management, a BBA in Marketing, and postgraduate studies in International Relations, providing me with a strong interdisciplinary foundation for research, analysis, and practice. My current research examines AI-enabled customer relationship management, consumer trust, and responsible communication in the UK renewable energy sector, with particular focus on vulnerable consumers, ethical practice, and sustainable business service.
