Hi there 馃憢 I鈥檓 Kayure Patel, a Senior Data Sciences Product Leader with nearly a decade of experience driving clinical data strategy and delivery for high priority oncology and ophthalmology trials within the Genentech and Roche portfolio. I lead the full lifecycle of clinical data including design, build, validation, lock, and closeout while aligning cross functional teams to deliver accuracy, quality, and speed in evidence generation. My expertise spans data strategy, project management, clinical data management, AI and automation, and product leadership, with a strong record of translating scientific and operational needs into scalable data solutions that accelerate trial execution and support regulatory success. I鈥檓 equally committed to people development, mentoring colleagues, and fostering an environment where teams feel empowered to innovate and grow! Beyond my core role, I founded and host the Intern to Impact Biotech Career Panels, a community driven initiative that connects early career professionals with leaders across the biotech industry. Through these sessions, I aim to inspire and guide the next generation of scientists, analysts, and innovators by sharing real world insights from Genentech and beyond. With a B.S. in Public Health and Biology, an MBA, and over 30 professional certifications across AI, leadership, business strategy, D&I, and organizational development, I bring a perspective that bridges science, data, and healthcare systems. I鈥檓 passionate about advancing inclusive research, population health, patient access, and health equity, and I鈥檓 equally drawn to the business strategy side of drug development where data, innovation, and execution intersect to shape long term value for patients and organizations alike. Let鈥檚 connect!
