Coordination and monitoring of production schedules to ensure quality of company's products ( herbal and liquid soaps) without interference and in conformity to regulated standards and company's targets. Analysis of raw materials, semi finished products and finished products to ensure they conform to standards. Collation and interpretation of quality assurance data. Periodic monitoring of production stages and procedures to ensure conformity of products ( candies and lollipops) with NAFDAC, SON, and HACCP standards. Writting,Collation and Interpretation of Quality assurance data. Ensuring proper printing of Domino machine. Ensuring mixing of chemicals used for re-cycling. Ensuring adherence to GMP Compliance. Preparation of colours, acid and flavor. Calibration of Flavor,colour and Acid inorder to meet the company's standard. Effluent treatment plant and control.
