I'm a full-cycle recruiter with experience spanning coordination, business recruiting, and strategic talent acquisition across GTM, Sales, Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing. Currently at Stripe, where I've hired across the US, Canada, and EMEA and have had the opportunity to work across a range of functions and markets since joining in 2024. Outside of day-to-day recruiting, I'm genuinely excited about how AI is changing talent acquisition. I've been building AI agents to automate parts of the recruiting workflow — things like resume review, sourcing research, candidate prep materials, and interview frameworks — and recently presented one of them at a company-wide recruiting all-hands. I also enjoy the mentorship and community side of recruiting — I've served as an onboarding mentor for new hires and currently lead our Recruiting Advisory Group. I'm energized by complexity — new roles, new markets, new challenges — and I think some of my best work has come from being thrown into something unfamiliar and having to figure it out fast.

Before this, I've hired across GTM Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services — spanning the US, Canada, and multiple regions in EMEA. Passionate about candidate experience, process improvement, and finding ways to apply AI to make recruiting more efficient. A few things I'm proud of: • Consistently exceeded hiring goals — 257% to target in Q1 2026 with a 100% offer acceptance rate • Led the end-to-end pilot of a technical assessment program for Engineering pipeline roles; the initiative expanded company-wide and is now projected to save ~15,000 Engineering interview hours per year • Designed an automated candidate tracker that has since been adopted across multiple recruiting teams • Built and presented an AI-powered recruiting workflow at a company-wide recruiting all-hands — exploring how AI tools can make talent acquisition faster and smarter • Serve as an onboarding mentor for new recruiting hires, including facilitating our recurring new recruiter orientation sessions • Presented on a panel at our annual recruiting onsite, focused on quality of hire • Selected for and currently leading our Recruiting Advisory Group (RAG)
