Under the direction of the Director of Community Relations, or designee, provide liaison between the school, home and community agencies; in benefit of student academic success provide assistance to families, school and community partners; coordinate, plan, develop and implement information and educational programs with families and educators to benefit student academic success through the practice of family and community engagement (FACE); provide outreach services to the community, families, and staff and promote and assist both family and community engagement in order to provide for active participation in the socio-emotional and academic success of all students.
Under general supervision of site Principal, maintain and prepares a variety of technical, and specialized records and reports; designs and manages related databases. Performs with a significant degree of independent accountability difficult technical and administrative work in data/information. Preparation and maintenance of comprehensive records/reports for site administrator and staff. Researches, compiles, disaggregates, manipulates, organizes and interprets a variety of routine to complex statistical and/or technical data and information. Produces, updates, maintains and distributes a variety of comprehensive and specialized reports.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of receptionist, clerical, data entry, and keyboarding work involving specific routines, and broadly defined policies and procedures in the management of an office; provide information to administrators, staff, students, parents, and members of the community.
Worked closely with students and teachers to ensure computer lab is efficient and effective. Coordinate online testing and test administration operations and activities; schedule and set-up testing, set-up accounts, provide online testing training; track student/class test completion; ensure all student make-up tests are completed.
Reporting to the Site Coordinator, Program Leaders are responsible for developing lesson plans, managing classrooms, ensuring the safety of students, and facilitating daily implementation of each program. Kept detailed records and data of children's records and health.
