In my role as the Southeast Region Tax Lead and Atlanta Office University Recruiter, I oversee all recruiting efforts at various schools in the southeast. My primary responsibilities are as follows: - Facilitate determination of Tax hiring goals, school mix, and strategic approach taken in Southeast - Lead full cycle campus recruiting for associate and intern candidates in audit, tax and advisory - Manage intern and associate hiring goals, as well as the recruiting budget for the Atlanta office - Conduct all GT campus engagements, including career-fairs, on-campus presentations and interviews, and student networking events for the Atlanta office - Organize and lead early identification programs (GT Impact) - Maintain the Taleo applicant tracking system for the Atlanta office campus hires - Plan and oversee winter and summer internship programs through coordinated planning of social, professional, and community events, mentor assignments, and facilitation of performance evaluations and conversion decisions - Build and foster key school faculty relationships and strengthen brand awareness with universities
