Lead a team of full-time Talent Discovery Partners remotely distributed across the USA, Canada, and Costa Rica. The team partners with the Customer Success, Professional Services, Global Support, and Business Operations Leadership and Technology business units.
Manage a team of 5 Sr. Talent Discovery Partners for Tanzu Platform Services Coach team members on best practices, data integrity and operational excellence Maintain regular cadence with team members | stakeholders | partners Recognize and share team member individual and group achievements Ensure organizational changes achieve desired business outcomes with minimal impact to key stakeholders and business partners Lead and participate in TA initiatives Actively engage with TA management, recruiters and partners across BU's Ensure talent mapping focus on DEI and SaaS candidates Ensure best practices are utilized to engage and assess qualified candidates and advocate for VMware as a premier employer
