About

I am a dedicated undergraduate at NTU, pursuing a double major in Biological Sciences and Psychology. Awarded the prestigious NTU Science Scholarship, I strive for academic excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. With a strong interest in neuroscience and neuropsychology, I am passionate about understanding the human brain and behaviour, and I am keen to pursue a meaningful career in the healthcare sector after graduation. Beyond academics, I actively explore learning opportunities outside my major. As a participant in the Hanyang University Summer School Exchange in Seoul in July 2024, I took courses in Global Business Communications and Korea & Japan in the World, broadening my global perspective. I also picked up Pilates as a new sport. On campus, I’m a trombone player in the NTU Symphonic Band and have served as a PnP (Publicity and Publications) Officer for a year, further honing my communication and organisational skills. Whether in the lab, at events, or trying new experiences, I adopt a growth mindset - continuously pushing my own boundaries while bringing curiosity, precision, and perseverance to everything I do.

Also implemented a scalable data pipeline using Excel and Power Query so that the dashboard can be automatically refreshed with new data every month with minimal manual intervention. 2. Late TAT Investigations Conducted monthly late TAT (Turnaround Time) investigations for the Core Automated Testing Department (Hematology + Chemistry), to identify root causes of delays across Clinical Trial samples in Singapore. Analysed delays across 3 key areas: Sample Management handover, Lab Testing and Administrative Uploading of Results, by cross referencing data from multiple sources, including Labcorp's internal Result Management Software.
