Co-founder of 33n, where we combine clinical insight, data science and AI to help the NHS redesign services and improve patient care. I set up our analytics pipeline from the ground up and now lead infrastructure, security and data protection — making sure our products are secure, scalable and ready for the NHS. Our flagship product, CLEARnotes, is an AI ambient clinical documentation tool that turns clinician-patient conversations into structured clinical notes. It's live across 11 NHS trusts with 20,000+ consultations completed — reducing admin time by up to 63% and increasing patients seen per clinic by 25%. We also deliver the National CLEAR Programme (Clinically-Led Workforce and Activity Redesign), commissioned by NHS England and Health Education England, which has completed 75+ transformation projects since 2019 with a peer-reviewed ROI of £1.90 saved for every £1 spent. Background: PhD in Computational Biology, with roots in bioinformatics and published biomedical research. I've worked in and alongside NHS trusts for over a decade. I'm interested in how AI can be deployed safely and usefully in clinical settings — not as a novelty, but as infrastructure that clinicians actually trust.
