Planning/scheduling of activities as per the information received from Sales team/client depending on the available equipment and manpower. Monitoring the maintenance activities of various equipment’s of the facility so as to ensure that the equipment’s are maintained well and ensure the availability of the equipment’s on time. Maintenance activities includes maintenance of various equipment’s such as Pumps, Drum Filling machines, Roller Conveyors & all the other equipment’s installed in the Facility. Yearly budget preparations for the Operation & maintenance of the Facility. This includes forecast of purchasing of supplies & associated services required for the operation and also budgeting cash inflow for particular volume of product handled in the facility for the year. Preparation of Commercial & Technical proposals for various clients. Ensuring the operational activities are as per SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) rules and regulations. Ensuring proper changes required as per MOC (Management of Change) aspects. Ensuring all the requirements as per the MSDS is met while handling DG & Non DG Products
Finalization of design of desired Water Treatment Unit in coordination with Mechanical Design Engineers & with the client Design Team. Coordination with the design team so as to finalize & issuing the Fabrication Drawings Material Request for the required BOM & to ensure the availability of the materials as per the Project Schedule. Responsible for all the activities after the assignment of project which includes, Kick off Meetings, rationalization of estimate, Cost control, Preparation of Project Schedule, Procurement activities, Documents Submission, Review & approval of sub-contractors for the project after consultation with top level management, Monitoring of Manufacturing of the plant/skids, Erection & commissioning of the plant, Turnover of the project to the End User, After all ensuring the project expenses are within the budget so as to make the project a profitable one to the company. Conduct Project Progress meeting with various departments associated with the project which includes Procurement Department, Construction Department, Manufacturing/Production Departments, Quality Control Department, Commissioning Department, Sub contractors Management so as to ensure that the project is within the schedule. Attending Project Progress Meetings with client & addressing of issues related to the project so as for the smooth progression & for better understanding with the client Attending Meetings of Various aspects such as Project Progress, Revenue Meetings, Man-Hour & Cost Control Meetings with the top level management on frequent schedules. Foreseeing of various bottle necks of the project well ahead so as to avoid any delays in the project.
