I build and scale technology-driven businesses at the intersection of operations, product, and data. My focus is simple: use innovation to create measurable impact — for companies, for operators on the ground, and for the systems they operate in. I have founded and led ventures in marketing analytics and AI-enabled education, and contributed to national-scale transformation initiatives including the Singapore Armed Forces 3G Logistics Transformation and nation-wide MySkillsFuture. These experiences shaped my belief that technology is only powerful when paired with disciplined execution and human-centered design. At Grab, I built and scaled the company’s rental fleet into the largest and most productive ride-hailing fleet in Singapore. I led digital transformation in an asset-heavy industry, embedding data-driven decision-making, operational rigor, and product thinking into fleet and driver management. My work sat at the convergence of operations, technology, and frontline economics — improving driver performance, asset utilization, and business resilience. My background spans engineering, finance, and military operations. I am most effective in complex, high-ambiguity environments where structured thinking, strong narrative communication, and execution discipline are required to turn strategy into operating reality. Today, I lead Krux Asia, a venture studio focused on applying emerging technologies — particularly AI — to established industries across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. My work centers on building scalable operating systems, Centers of Excellence, and AI-enabled frameworks that bridge vision and execution. I am particularly interested in large-scale operational transformation, AI-driven productivity, and the long-term impact of intelligent systems on workforce and economic structures.

SEA represents almost 700m people over multiple jurisdictions going through a massive digitisation transformation. We work with corporate and technology partners to bring scalable and customer-centric ventures to market.
Angel School is a Fellowship program dedicated to helping investors build, run, and scale their own investment syndicates. As part of Cohort #1, we developed our own deal-flow, LP networks, due diligence processes.
