Currently, I am extensively involved with Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation. My Core tasks involve extracting the HR , Payroll , Benefits and Absence Data from legacy Peoplesoft system and load the same in Fusion systems via HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL (Payroll Based Loader) & Spreadsheet loader.Part of the activities also include writing Fast Formula, BI Reports , OTBI Reports for the sake of Interfacing ,reconciliation & Data Loading. I have also had an oppurtunity to work on Fusion security. Apart from this, I am also involved in the development/tweaking of Paymatch tool to suit that of the client requirement. PayMatch(Skybridge Paymatch) tool is used heavily to Compare PS v/s Fusion Payroll Results,stats and the subsequent reporting.
